Role Overview
As a Business Analyst within Insurance Operations and Support, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to optimise operational processes, identify efficiencies, and enable seamless support for our customers and internal teams. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our operational platforms and processes meet evolving industry standards.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will capture and analyse business requirements, translating them into clear documentation and actionable insights for delivery teams. You’ll map, review, and improve operational processes, working closely with project managers, operations staff, and IT teams to ensure changes are implemented smoothly. Facilitating workshops, supporting user acceptance testing, and tracking post-implementation performance will be part of your remit. Strong relationship management with stakeholders, vendors, and support partners will be essential to success.
Skills & Experience
You should bring at least three years’ experience in an operational or business analyst capacity within insurance or financial services. Proven ability to document requirements, improve business processes, and support delivery of change initiatives is expected. Familiarity with insurance administration platforms, workflow tools, and reporting systems is highly regarded. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, alongside proficiency in business analysis tools such as Excel, Visio, and Jira.
